DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Samskruthi silver delivers across all major cities in India. We are committed to delivering your orders with good quality packaging and within the given time frame.
Following are the shipping charges within India:
1. Free shipping - On all prepaid orders
2. Shipping Cost Rs. 200 - On COD orders
We provide COD facility across India only on orders below Rs.10,000
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days and estimated time of delivery is 3 to 10 days depending on the location.
We use only reputed courier companies like DTDC, Delhivery and so on.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company as it’s beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared by E-mail/WhatsApp to you for tracking your orders and follow up with the courier company.
We are not responsible if you are not available at time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Following are the shipping charges for International Orders:
1. Shipping Cost Rs. 3000 - On All International Orders
Please note based on the country of delivery, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Samskruthi Silver cannot be held responsible if your order is on hold at customs for clearance.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days and estimated time of delivery is 20-30 days depending on the location.
